Ministry of Finance has issued A Programme of Professional Training for financial management and control which represents a basis for conducting professional training for persons responsible for financial management and control development coordination (financial management and control heads, financial management and control coordinators)
In addition to training, Central Harmonisation Unit organizes various seminars and workshops for budget user heads and heads of internal organisational units responsible for financial management and control development as well as financial management and control heads and financial management and control coordinators).
Professional Training
The training scheme consists of three main modules:
1. Introduction to financial management and control system
2. Financial management and control - targeted state for budget users
3. Financial management and control - practical application
Seminars and workshops
Central Harmonisation Unit organize various seminars and workshops in the areas of financial management and control eg. importance of strategic planning, risk management, role of finance units in the financial management and control development.
Seminars and workshops are organized for both the state level and the local level, depending on the topic and organizational abilities.
