The Office of the Minister is a special organizational unit of the Ministry which carries out professional, organizational and protocol tasks necessary for the performance of the Minister and Deputy Minister's activities; compiles documentation and materials obtained from administrative organizations within the Ministry and other internal organizational units; ensures timely delivery of materials to the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Parliament; carries out tasks necessary for the performance of the Competent Accrediting Officer's activities in relation to withdrawing and using funds from pre-accession assistance programmes and EU structural and cohesion funds, and tasks of informing about the accreditation; carries out tasks necessary for the performance of the National Authorising Officer’s activities linked with financial management of EU funds and functioning of the EU pre-accession programmes management and control system; carries out tasks linked with communications and mass media; answers to petitions and complaints filed by citizens; carries out translation tasks and language–editing tasks; carries out other professional and administrative tasks necessary for the performance of the Minister and Deputy Minister's activities.
ACTIVITIES:
- protocol tasks to meet the Minister and State Secretary's needs
- collecting documentations and materials from administrative organizations within the Ministry and other internal organizational units
- ensuring timely delivery of materials for the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Parliament
- language translations and language editing
- performing other professional and administrative tasks to meet the Minister and State Secretary's needs
